RDA received the repair of my washing machine from D&G and the service we received was fantastic. We were kept up to date with the progress of the repair throughout. Michael came and assessed the issue told me what work would be required and ordered the parts. The next day Zak came out fitted the parts and ensured everything was working as it should be. Both engineers were knowledgeable, professional and polite. I highly recommend RDA for any repairs they are prompt, professional and reliable.

RDA were contracted to fix our Tumble Dryer via our Domestic & General Insurance. We got an email and text on the day of booking to confirm the appointment date. On the day we received a text when the engineer was on his way. Steven arrived and was very friendly and fixed the appliance within about half an hour. No complaints on the service received.

Dishwasher repair...carried out a visit to diagnose issue, ordered parts and returned a couple of days later to sort the problem. Turned up when they said they would, rectified the issue in a timely manner and even followed up with a courtesy call after the job was complete

Phoned on Friday and appointment made for Monday between 9am and 1pm. Needed an oven repair and based on my description of the problem the lady I spoke to thought I needed a new element. Robert arrived just before 10am identified the problem, indeed a new element and repaired oven promptly and efficiently. He also identified that oven had initially not been fitted properly and added additional screws to secure it fully.I have no hesitation in recommending both this company and their employee. Excellent service at a fair price.
