Exceptional, Caring, Compassionate, Friendly, Approachable, Kind, Thoughtful and at all times Professional with Traditional values and High standards. All at Laurence Jones, Bebington, cared for my Dad in a dignified manner. They provided my Mum, myself and my son with a personal and genuinely caring approach to our grief and needs. The florist they recommended made beautiful displays at a very reasonable price. On the day of the funeral, we as a family felt well cared for and supported. All staff were polite, professional and respectful. They walked infront of the funeral procession which made us all feel so proud that Laurence Jones provided my Dad with the dignified funeral he deserved. Thank you to all staff. We recently used Robert Quinn Funeral Directors in late February early March 23 for my aunty’s funeral arrangements. Both Robert and Karen were brilliant, friendly and supportive and made the process so comfortable for us. As I live in Newcastle a lot of communication was via email and a couple of meetings when I drove down to the Wirral. I couldn’t have chosen a better company for my aunty’s funeral and everything went as planned. They also have a lovely humanist who they use and all the family thought she was great . I would recommend Robert Quinn to anybody and you would not be disappointed, nothing is too much trouble for them.

We chose Karen and Robert to organize my mum’s funeral back in May, and I’m so glad we did. Karen ensured every aspect of the funeral was taken care of while giving us the freedom to define a service that was fitting and personal to my mum. Robert worked with the utmost professionalism and dignity on the day. Together they’re a wonderful team and I can’t thank them enough for having helped us at a difficult time.

The most difficult phone call I have ever made was made so much easier by Robert. He is a kind, gentle, patient man. He did everything that he could to accommodate my Dad's wishes whilst also understanding our different generational needs. They gave thoughtful and compassionate help in a time of family worry and distress. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
