TOP 3 CALDY MANOR CARE HOME REVIEWS

Have visited Caldy Manor Care Home on a few occasions now for community events that they have held. Not only is the building a beautiful place, the home has a warm, friendly, welcoming, clean and homely environment. The staff are so friendly and professional, you can see that resident well-being is a top priority. Everytime I visit the residents are well cared for and appear to be having a great time taking part in whatever activity is taking place! It is lovely (and refreshing) to see a nursing home really trying to engage with the local community! Although I do not have family members in need of nursing home care, I would highly recommend Caldy Manor to anyone looking for a nursing home! Well done to all of the staff.

I visit here regularly as an entertainer. Firstly, what an impressive and beautiful place to live. Residents always seem happy. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's always a pleasure to entertain here.

I visited here on an activity day, what a beautiful setting. I enjoyed a slice of cake and a coffee in the bistro area. All the staff were lovely. The residents seem very happy.

TOP 3 UPTON GRANGE CARE HOME REVIEWS

My elderly mother who suffers from dementia has lived at Upton Grange for eighteen months. During this time she has been cared for extremely well with lovely welcoming staff. After fracturing her pelvis she returned to the home in a sorry state. She had nearly eaten in the hospital and was in pain. Upton Grange has been wonderful and I am eternally grateful. Over time with their nurturing care, she has built up her strength and is now walking again with her Zimmer and is participating in the activities. She is enjoying life again.

My husband spent a week in care at Upton Grange in July. He was very well looked after and I felt that the staff really understood him. He has Vascular Dementia and likes to be busy, they gave him jobs to do and kept him busy. I would have no hesitation in him staying again and plan eventually to move him there for full-time care.

Great staff, kind and always aware of Mum's needs. Make you feel very welcome, as if it's a great family.

A very friendly and happy atmosphere for an independent life. Help is available at all times if needed. The apartments are large and most have their own outside front doors with two lifts providing access.

Very friendly staff. Lovely apartments. The monthly charge isn't cheap, but a great location near to the shops, restaurants and cafes. Has it's own restaurant for lunches. Very nice.

Well maintained living facility with friendly onsite staff.
