A very professional service from day one Extremely happy with my purchase. The quality is outstanding. I chose the shelly ivory leather which is superb colour and soft . My only advice is the FiRM cushions are extremely Firm!! But this was my choice on placing the order. After trying to sit on the cushions I found it most uncomfortable. But """"""" after I sent a email to Samantha she called me back very quickly. I explained the problem she said with no hesitation we will change the cushions for you. There was no IFS or buts I can't thank them enough. All in all a very professional company Highly recommend.

After searching for months for the perfect Chesterfield, I finally ordered from DS4U. From the moment I called customer service to ask about customization options, they were super helpful. I went for the Antique Blue Leather Chesterfield, and it arrived in perfect condition. The delivery team was excellent—really careful and even helped me get it set up. It’s now the centerpiece of my living room, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

Very happy with purchase and amazing customer service from Yusuf. We went to look at some beds and Yusuf was so helpful from the moment we walked in. He showed us the range and offered lots of advice. There was an unfortunate issue where the bed we ordered was made without the storage option we had chosen, but Yusuf informed us as soon as he knew and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The installers were also amazing and we are really pleased with the quality of the bed. We've just ordered another bed from Enzio for the other bedroom. All in all, a great local shop with some fantastic products and amazing staff - highly recommended.

Purchased a ceramic marble dining room table with 4 chairs, the chairs i wanted was not available in the shop, however yusuf was able to order in exactly what i wanted. was very pleased with the service and quality of the products. Excellent price to, was considerably more expensive other shops such has furniture village. The delivery guys john was fantastic to did the full assembly and cleared all the rubbish and took the packaging away to, making the process completely stress free. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Excellent company, from ordering our table to delivery Yusuf kept us in the loop with delivery date, very professional and friendly. The table came very well packaged and the delivery lads unpacked it for us. Would highly recommend Enzio Designs and we would definitely use this Company again. Excellent customer service.
