I have been going to this store for a long time. All the staff are very friendly, caring, supportive, and very helpful. I visited the store yesterday 16th March. I was in alot of pain and agony due to a back injury. Joan was so so kind and caring she went above and beyond and even open the door for me. You can see she is very passionate about her job and helping everyone. Thankyou Joan and all the staff your amazing.

Daughters wore her shoes for 2mths, both the soles snapped in the same place. We had no receipt but could show we had purchased from store using a bank stm. Heather the manager was so helpful. She contacted head office, called us back and we were able to choose some more shoes.

Very large selection on school shoes sadly they didn't have the pumps my daughter wanted as they didn't do them in her size.

There was this really nice store assistant guy called Matthew. He helped me buy shoe laces like months ago and then actually remembered me when I came in to buy shoes today. He was really funny and chatty... Promote himm!! -from Jemel.

Nice selection of shoes lot of air wear and Dr Martens and very helpful staff I'm in a wheelchair and they moved some of the fixtures out of the way so I can get round the store cannot ask for more.

Bought some lovely ladies sandals today in your Blackburn store which was very busy, Salma served me oh what a lovely young woman, she knew her job and dealt with me as a customer ty Salma.

Went into the Blackburn branch of Clarke's for some winter shoes. I was greated with a chearful hello and lovely friendly smile. The lady was called Julie and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by her she went above and beyond to help me. Her knowledge was very helpful and she helped me pick a winter pair of shoes.Also a big shout out to El who was really friendly and helpful . In this day and and age it's not very often you get such good customer service like I experienced today. Both Julie and El are an absolute credit to your store and it was a pleasure to be served by both young ladies.

Came in to purchase some school shoes for my kid as they’re on their way back to school next month and I couldn’t find the perfect fit or perfect shoes but Arzoo was able to help me out. Very patient, knowledgeable & friendly. Thank you.

Great shopping experience. Lovely and helpful staff who will go the extra mile for you. Used my blue light card also. Will definitely shop there again.
