A perfect shopping store for Men and Women of all ages. The most affordable place for buying fashionable clothing and other stuff like shoes, belts, accessories,bags, etc. A wide area perfectly divided on the basis of gender. They have almost all sizes available in all varieties and categories.

Primark have a great range of clothing at good prices however, you get what you pay for, it's not top quality but acceptable to look good. The store is always clean and tidy.

As time has gone on Primark have definitely improved the quality of the clothes. The sizes are good. The store was busy but it was clean and tidy, I have been to other branches and they have looked like a jumble sale. The staff were friendly.

Good products at affordable prices. Excellent range for all ages. Self service tills need working on, there has been a problem with prices last 3 times I have used them. Very helpful male employee check storeroom and found correct size of items I wanted.

Normally it has lovely stuff with reasonable prices. Today was soon after boxing day so it was bit unpleasant and I tidy looking. Would still recommend it if you are on budget.

Bought several household items today from Blackburn Matalan. Was assisted at payment desk by Shamum. She helped me use the self serve card payment & was cheerful, efficient & patient despite the long queue of customers. She's a credit to your store.

First time been in new look, very surprised at size of the shop,went looking for pink shirt and tie,got shirt in shop,but the lovely lady that served ordered on line for us ,pick it up to day Saturday, what service is that, well done to new look,we needed for Sunday, and was a good price for the quality,will definitely shop there again, so come to the mall in Blackburn and see for yourself, x Barbara x peter x

My favourite shop as I always buy my shoes from here whether its boots,sandals or flats. Also they always have offers on.

I have always liked this store as it has a bit of everything under one roof and quality is really good aswell.
