I visited the store with my sister looking for my engagement ring. Charlotte talked us through all different types of rings and diamonds, she was so helpful & informative. At first I had no idea what i liked but she really helped make the process simpler and provided excellent service.

I pop into H Samuel regularly & the staff are always helpful with whatever I am looking for. Definitely deserve a 5 star! Thank you Blackburn store!

Fantastic shopping experience. My wife showed a picture of what she wanted to the sales assistant and within minutes she had got it from the stock room, gift wrapped and bagged. Super professional and super efficient. Will defo be going again.

I'm totally happy with the service and delighted with my new Pandora bracelet. So polite and friendly really helpful. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Visited today and was served by a wonderful member of staff named Fraiser.. he was so helpful and polite and felt he listened to our requirements.. we will definitely visit again and hope to be served by him again.

WOW! Now that is what I call fantastic customer service. I bought a bracelet for my son's 21st in February and it became faulty. I contacted the store to let them know. Karen was very helpful indeed and kept in touch with myself the whole process. The bracelet was replaced with a brand new one. Amazing service. I would highly recommend buying from this Jewellers.

Great customer experience. My fiance got my engagement ring from Chris Shan and the service was so brilliant we went back to get our wedding rings. The ladies in the shop are so helpful and kind. We are so grateful! Anyone who is thinking of getting engaged definitely go here.
