“Donnington Valley Golf Club is an 18-hole course set in beautiful rolling countryside with a challenging 6,296 yards and back tees with a par of 71. Their golf club is known for their demanding and well-maintained course and welcoming reception. Although some of the holes are quite forgiving, the closing four holes are regarded as one of the toughest finishes in the country, with water hazards. This attractively conditioned golf course, along with the fantastic four-star hotel, makes Donnington Valley an exceptional location for golfing days, golf breaks, and memberships.

DONNINGTON VALLEY GOLF CLUB REVIEWS

Golf course is a credit to the ground staff. Fairways and greens in lovely condition. Greens are exceptionally fast with deceptive slopes everywhere. A high handicap player would find this course quite difficult. Pro shop staff were very helpful and the shop was packed with quality gear. We were a small group playing 3 days. In our time here the fairways were cut short, quite bouncy, a miss hit shot would go a long way.

Excellent Golf Course, pristinely manicured, nice open design with lots of easy and challenging holes that dot along the hilly landscape. One of the better course we’ve played at. Good value for money as well particularly if you’re staying at the resort and spa next door. Recommended to drive.

Really enjoyed this golf course with a peaceful, pristine English Countryside backdrop. The massive trees, views, and beautiful fairways will blow you away. The tight fairways and tough greens will give you everything you’ve got. Look forward to returning to this gem one day.

A bit of a hidden gem. Mainly, a tree-lined parkland-type course is in great condition. Quite tight in place but a must to play. Really enjoyed my round of golf, I will definitely be back.

The course was in great condition - especially the true greens and quite quick for the time of year. A great Society course. Also the catering was again excellent.

Super course and welcoming staff. Would love to play in the summer… hope to return and improve my score.

First visit today. A real gem of a golf course. Very impressed with the overall condition of the course. In particular, the greens were excellent. Highly recommended.

An amazing golf club. Fantastic welcome awaits all! The course itself lets you get into trouble. Straight and true with good yardage control wins the day.

Excellent golf club with excellent fairways & superb greens. Very friendly on the 1st tee & in the bar. Some really good-looking holes & a great day out.
