Fairly small in size, but has all the basics for a cheap price of only £20, or £25 for access to all JD gyms. There is no contract, so you can cancel with 30 days notice. There are several classes per day/ week ranging from yoga, spin, body, body conditioning, combat and pilates, but depending on the branch this may differ. Plenty of cardio and weight training options and a range of PT if needed. There are light saunas in the changing rooms, which aren't as good as the normal saunas, but does warm up nicely If you sit on top seats. For the price it's great value for money and open from 6.a.m-10p.m. depending on the day.

Great gym in a great location with plenty of parking spaces. All the staff are amazing and are willing to go the extra mile for you and help with whatever you need. Jay one of the PTs there is super friendly and funny. He takes some of the different classes which I take part in and they are really good for overall fitness. On Wednesday afternoons at 5:30 he takes an X-FIT class. There is ALWAYS a dreaded cardio corner but he makes it fun and keeps you super motivated. Been going to the class since it started up and we go every week! Would recommend this gym to anyone. General atmosphere is great too!

By far best gym I've tried left total fitness to join here best decision I've made all staff are all dead helpful down to earth couldn't recommend it enough cheers boys see you all in the new year.

Great Gym, friendly staff. If you have a goal these are the guys that can help you achieve it!! They have a wide selection of equipment ranging including a smith machine, squat rack, dumbbells up to 50kg, a trx, plyometric boxes, medicine balls and core bags. To be fair they are missing a shoulder press machine and standard Lat Pulldown machine but with the experience of the trainers these machines wont be missed.

Recently started PT sessions with Owen, would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to make a positive change and get into fitness. Owen is full of knowledge and just a great person to be around, makes me feel really comfortable and motivated during my sessions. All the staff are lovely and really helpful, always made to feel welcomed. Great atmosphere with plenty of equipment to chose from

Lifestyle Fitness Bootle is a fantastic gym! The staff is friendly and supportive. The atmosphere is motivating, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping members reach their goals. Highly recommend!
