We are a furniture retailer based in Yorkshire who reached out to SA1 Handyman Services to ask if they could assist one of our customers in the Swansea area with a heavy piece of furniture. Carl quickly made contact back offering their services and offered to contact the customer directly to make arrangements. Arrangements were soon made for a two man team to assist our customer and the job was completed efficiently with a satisfied customer. We would definitely recommend their services - Shimu

We contacted Carl after reading the reviews on 3 Best Rated, and he was immediately in touch to arrange for some small jobs - picture hanging, repairs, etc. - which he did superbly. We asked if he would redecorate the entire house (into which we have just moved) and he and James have spent the last two weeks here transforming the house. They were upbeat, friendly and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. In short, an absolute delight to have around, and we're trying to book them again to do additional works., but we're going to have to wait our turn, as they are booked solidly for the next three months! Carl and his colleagues removed and old shed, and erected a new flat pack large Keter shed at my home. I thought the cost for the work was very reasonable considering it wasn't particularly easy. I can honestly say that they completed the task quickly, efficiently and tidily. Carl, and the three guys working with him were always polite, friendly, and industrious. The weather wasn't helpful and on occasion it poured with rain but they 'just got on with it'. I would recommend Carl and SA1 Handyman Services to anyone. Good job done!! - Vernon J Reply

A really thorough job clearing and cleaning my guttering and down pipes. They hadn’t been done for a while but Alex and Pete sorted them out, cleaning up after themselves well afterwards. On time, friendly and helpful, they explained everything clearly and gave me a useful assessment of some minor problems I had asked them to check out while they were up there !

Alex and his team came out to do some outside work for us and we were extremely impressed with the service. They were reliable and polite and all of their work was to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Can’t recommend enough. Very professional. Had some tiling done which loads of filers didn’t want to take on. Sonny came, did the job superbly. Can’t recommend enough!

I have now had a number of jobs done know with Banks And Son Property Maintenance and can say that I am very pleased with all the jobs, Spencer knows his stuff and he has come in under quote a couple of times now. The following are just a few of the jobs he's done for me. Tiling , Flat packs , Decorating , Gardening . He has also done work for a couple of my neighbours now and as far as I know they must be happy with his work because they keep calling him back for new jobs.

Spencer is a star. He repaired some rotting shed boards for me today. Free quote and kept in touch with me till he could do the job. Helped to keep the cost down and gave plenty of advice. Will be using again.

Reliable, trustworthy, friendly and his works are always completed to a high standard and on the day he promised. I'd recommend Spencer to anyone needing handyman jobs in the Swansea area.
