Chris carried out a full survey for me for a 3 bed property , I had observed some external cracks and I was worried about its condition. Chris carried out a very thorough survey covering things I wouldn't even have been able to think of . Thanks to the survey I realized I was attempting to buy a property that was going to cost me too much to repair and the survey saved me from making the wrong investment . I am totally satisfied with his work at a very competitive price ; which included pictures a summary and a full report and I would definitely use his services again for my next purchase.

Chris did a full structural survey recently on a property I was purchasing. I was on a tight schedule but he was able to fit the survey in with a few days warning. I got the initial report the same evening and full report (which was very detailed) the next day. He was also very quick and helpful in answering further questions about the survey. And all this for a very competitive price! I would definitely use Chris on any future purchases and would happily recommend him to others.

We booked a level 3 homebuyers survey with Chris, he completed the survey a few days after booking and wrote up the report the next day! He replies to emails quickly and is very professional, would highly recommend
