Very pleased with the service provided by Danny and the Team at MPN. After a recommendation from my sister, I contacted MPN to quote on three windows. The quote was competitive, and the salesman, Eddie, wasn’t in any way ‘hard-selling’. Nathan, the surveyor, was equally friendly and efficient. Amazingly, once we had chosen our glass, Emma informed us that the windows would be fitted in two weeks time! Very speedy service! The windows are great, and even following a snagging issue with some brickwork around one window, emails and phone calls with Danny and Emma in Customer Service were all answered and dealt with quickly and to our full satisfaction. Thanks for providing a first-class service!

I had 8 new windows and 1 back door fitted through MPN coming up 10 years ago. Had a recent problem with the door hinge and minor issues with a couple of the windows but after a very prompt response from Emma to my email an engineer came out 2 weeks later. Josh the engineer turned up on time and was very pleasant, courteous and did a very good job and even checked all the other windows over. Very efficient and thorough work. Many thanks, P Powell

Everything was done professionally from start to finish and the job was left clean and tidy. Couldn’t recommend Martin enough. Thanks again!

Martin gives an excellent, reliable and very high quality service. He provides clear timetables (dates and times) and prices for his work which he keeps to. The quality of the finished product is very good. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Chris and his team have replaced my old leaky, creaky conservatory with a smart, cosy roof replacement and more solid panels to help with heat loss during the winter. Unlike many tradesmen Chris always turned up when he said he would. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave suggestions to enable me to achieve the look I wanted. He provided me with images to show what the final product would look like to help with my decision. His quote was very reasonable and I am really pleased with the end result. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to call Chris again
