The job was to remove and replace existing render, pebbledash and cornerstones on the front of our house. The team worked hard, were always pleasant and ready to answer any questions. We were grateful for the care they took in matching the colour of the new render and pebbledash with the rest of the house. The plasterer did a lovely job with the cornerstones. At the end of the job everything was left clean and tidy. Communication was excellent at all stages of the process. We would highly recommend!

Demolished a wall and took out two windows to create an opening for a large slider window. Liaised with window company throughout to ensure all ran smoothly and window fitted. Dealt efficiently with any hiccups that arose along the way as is the case with any major building work. Friendly workers and I am very pleased with the result.

Great project management from Darren throughout our job, communication was always very clear. We were really happy with the workmanship and wouldn't hesitate to use Pro Able again or recommend them to friends and family.

James and the team have just completed knocking our Kitchen and Dining Room through, fitting a new Kitchen and flooring, and creating a Utility room. We couldn't be happier with the work they have done. The whole process from initial quote, through to completion has been carried out professionally and efficiently. The work has been completed to a high standard, and the few issues with our house that occurred were dealt with quickly and with minimum fuss. The tradesmen were always punctual, and extremely tidy. I highly recommend JM building. A special thanks to Adam and Mike who always worked so hard.

JM Building Contractors have just completed an extension and patio at my home. James has been extremely patient, walked me through the planning process and guided me whenever I had any questions.
