Home Instead (Blackpool) have been providing their top quality caring service for me since September 2019. Throughout that time, I have been so impressed by the high standard of care which all the members of staff, whether management or carers, have provided, not least of all during the period of the covid epidemic. I would also like to highlight how the girls have risen to the challenge of coping with my own growing infirmities. That is; my increasing loss of hearing; and problems with my short-term memory, and general mobility. Finally, I am certain that my two sons, both married and living away from Blackpool, would be happy to echo all that I have said above and to recommend Home Instead to any potential client.

Home Instead have been caring for mum for a few years now. The ladies who visit are kind, friendly, and thoughtful and provide a very consistent service that suits her needs well. Coupled with support from the office staff, it makes for an excellent, professional company to deal with. The challenge of the pandemic was met with efficiency and at no time was there a problem with visits - a remarkable achievement! Overall, Home Instead provide a top-notch service and I highly recommend them.

Home Instead provide excellent support to our 85 year-old mother ensuring that she can remain happy in her own home. They provide peace of mind to our family, that she is being visited by carers, that genuinely care for her. She likes all of her carers and now sees them, as friends.

I worked here for over 4 years. Management very helpful if any problems occurred. Support to clients and families are fantastic. We were made to feel as though we are part of a family firm. Training throughout my employment was good and regular reviews was held and the offer of any other training I needed was on offer.

The carers at Napier have been looking after our Dad for only a month so far. The care they give is exceptional. The kindness and care they give Dad is amazing even having to adapt the care to his changing needs constantly. Even the little things like having a chat and a bit of laughter make all the difference. Thank you all you wonderful carers.

I have found Napier very helpful and caring with my mum's end of life care. We wouldn't be able to do it without them, you can always rely on them. A great team to work with Kind regards Carlye.

EMBRACE HOME CARE LIMITED REVIEWS

My husband is very happy at Embrace Day Centre and looks forward to going each week. Embrace have a varied programme for the day centre and my husband enjoys the outings to the park and attractions in Blackpool where he relives memories. The lunches are appetising and varied as afternoon tea excellent value for the money. To be collected and delivered home and extra bonus.

Used for respite whilst my normal carer away. Fantastic service from beginning to end, communication excellent, would definitely use Embrace again. I could not fault it al all and am now going to use Embrace for my mothers care too.

My husband has dementia but when I pick him up he is always happy. The staff are cheerful and have different activities when he goes on the same day every week. I would recommend them to anyone.
