I recently used Brighter Lets to find me a tenant. I was completely overwhelmed - not only by the fact they found me a good tenant within a matter of weeks, but also with their friendly yet professional staff who handled the whole process seamlessly. I initially only planned to use them to find a tenant, but I was so impressed with the standard of service I received that I decided to let them manage my property aswell. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a property to let. Thank you Andrew and Joanne for all of your hard work.

Just in the process of moving into our forever home courtesy of brighter lets. From the initial viewing they have been excellent. Communication is spot on. I have spoken to Ann in the office who is extremely friendly and organised and have since been dealing with Leila who I cannot fault - her professionalism is excellent and the speed of response is fantastic. When we looked round the property we were greeted by Andrew, the Manager who made the whole experience very joyful. If you are looking for your forever home, do what we did and approach brighter lets. They will definitely not let you down.

We used as a management company for our letting, the team at Brighter Lets are fantastic. They were always available to offer advice and responded quickly. We are no longer landlords but would not hesitate in using their services if we ever decided to rent out again. Their fees are competitive and the support and professionalism second to none. Highly recommended.

Needed accommodation for me and my 2 kids, Marcin was very helpful and they put me things so easy to rent my flat, they were very helpful. Is true that few things needed to get fix cose of my son's special needs (if not wasn't be an issue for me) but they were brilliant and I find very easy to work with them. The lads who come do the job are lovely and that helps too. Lovely and very friendly staff
