I have been extremely happy with Home Instead service which has been efficient, compassionate, professional and reassuring. The team worked really positively and reactively during a difficult time, with strong communication and faultless support. From the back office to the 'on the ground' team, it's been really great to be able to work with everyone there, even during the most challenging bits, when the sympathy and candour of the team was outstanding, really kept me going.

My daughter's live-in carer was exceptional. She was caring, gentle and very kind and supportive of her. She was fun too when needed. She went the extra mile for example staying up with Fran after her finish time in the evening., She was hardworking and our kitchen had the benefit of her help in sorting out some cupboards and drawers. Well done! Also thank you so much to another member of staff, without you both we would not have been able to attend our son's wedding celebration.

Very happy with the service provided by YOU-CAS for my mother. She is now in her late 90s, pretty much housebound, though not bed-bound. The manager visited to assess Mum’s needs and has provided a sensible package of two weekly visits, for showering and general care, such as hair-washing etc. All the carers we have had have been kind, cheerful and very considerate to Mum, and to us as family, and the continuity of having the same few carers has been perfect. It means Mum knows them and trusts them, and they know what she needs – and how to persuade her when she is on a bit of a stubborn day! We have been using YOU-CAS for over a year now, and can thoroughly recommend them as a care company.

The manager is also very professional and caring. If one of the carers cannot visit on a particular day she will always find a replacement. I, personally, am so grateful to the company.
