We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Harvey Jones Bournemouth. From inception to completion the entire process went very smoothly and we are very impressed. Anna, our designer, was fantastic. She listened to what we wanted and brought our ideas to life with a layout that is both stylish and functional. The fitters, Step and Damien, did an excellent job of fitting the kitchen; completing everything on time and to a very high standard. The painters, Mark and Alan, were equally professional; their work was tidy, efficient and, just like the fitters, they paid attention to detail. What also stood out was just how well any follow-up issues were handled. On the two occasions that a problem arose, Graham dealt with them very quickly and without any fuss. That kind of service really makes a difference. We are very pleased with all aspects of our Harvey Jones experience and would happily recommend the company to anyone considering a new kitchen.

We popped into the Bournemouth shop out of interest more than anything. 2 hours later after an absolutely brilliant presentation by Anna Marksén we were sold on the idea of a Harvey Jones kitchen. Anna worked with us throughout the process and helped to make sure we stayed within in budget (not something I expected). She project managed the whole thing to an extremely high standard but that apart I have to say that everybody played their part from surveyors to painters. We have ended up with a truly fabulous kitchen that anybody would be proud to own. Thank you so much to Anna and all at Harvey Jones.

We used HJ for our kitchen refurb. We were very impressed overall with the service, delivery, fitting and quality of the kitchen. Sean and his team were excellent at communication and problem solving and brought the kitchen in on time and on budget.

Matt and the team at Hallmark designed and delivered our kitchen to the very highest standard. The entire experience was a pleasure and the result is a top quality kitchen exactly as designed. Our budget was modest but the result exceeded expectations, with all units and hardware with a top-end look and feel. Hallmark spent time with us looking at samples and advising on layout etc, which was a huge benefit and allowed us a freedom to be creative and also practical at the same time. I would recommend Hallmark without hesitation for a considerate, creative and above all high quality experience.

Hallmark provided a fantastic service throughout our building works to create a new kitchen area in our home and I would highly recommend not just their high level of service but also the product itself. We just absolutely love our new kitchen and we are very thankful particularly to Lawrence at Hallmark for his attention to detail. Hallmark are fairly priced but they set themselves apart by their quality products, service and creativity.

We have been so pleased with the whole process from design to the finished kitchen. Ian listened so intently to what we wanted and came up with a fantastic design. The build was delivered to absolute perfection - big shout out to Jay and Ali. We had a customised cupboard built around a column which is fantastic. The level of dedication that this team has shown has been exceptional, we could not fault anything.
