Andrew did a level 2 survey for us for our new (old) property. His survey was very thorough and detailed. After living in the property for three months we have not come across any issues or any problems that he overlooked. In addition, Andrew has promptly answered our questions after we moved in. We highly recommend Blake Chartered Surveyors, they are honest, reliable and priced reasonably.

We was very happy with the service , very quick response from Andrew , the survey report we had done on a flat was very easy to understand, and found the level 2 survey was very reasonable, I would highly recommend.

Karl has an excellent eye for detail; allowing him to produce thorough and comprehensive reports on any property, which are clear and easy to follow. He will chat with you on the phone about the report, making sure you understand which issues are costly and urgent, and which ones are not a big deal. This is important because it can feel overwhelming to look at a long list of potential problems. He puts us at ease every time and we have 100% confidence in his work. As investors, my husband and I have used his services at least 6 times in the last two years. Twice we have walked away from a purchase because Karl was able to ferret out hidden defects - like someone pretending to replace a roof when they actually hadn’t! We have asked him to survey top floor grade II listed flats, maisonettes and semi detached houses. Each time we have been pleased with his professionalism, level of service and commitment to giving you the right knowledge to walk away, haggle, or happily continue the purchase. Worth every penny.

Thank you for the homebuyers report. I managed to get rhe Property for a re negotiated price as a result. The talk in person afterwards was most valuable and I understand isn't offered by other surveyors, so thank you for taking the time and going over and above.
