3 Best Home Care Services in Newport, UK

My Uncle is currently being looked after by Home Instead. Since I moved his care over to them about 5 weeks ago, the change in my Uncle has been dramatic. He lives alone and needs all aspects of care. He has four one hour visits a day and this gives him time to build solid relationships with his lovely carers. I live 3 hours away and when I ring him each day he tells me all about them, what they've been talking about and what they are cooking him! Home Instead look after all of his needs from personal care to shopping and when I Whatsapp him he looks clean/well fed and content...and all in his own home which was so important to him. Because of Covoid19, all care services are under pressure but I feel so happy they are looking after him in the appropriate and safe way. Communication with the company is very good, I can always speak to someone and if there are any problems they are sorted out very quickly. I am my Uncle's sole relative and now sleep at night knowing my Uncle is being looked after properly and treated like an individual with dignity at all times. Thank you.

Home Instead Newport have supported both of my parents to continue living in their own home. Their implementation of care Package was exceptional at what was and for all families will be an extremely difficult time. They support independent living in an extremely respectful and considerate manner. The whole team are really caring, professional, reliable and patient. The care support is second to none.

Home Instead Newport are brilliant. From the initial telephone call all the way through to now caring for Mum. They really do go above and beyond. Mum is happy now she has her lovely carers coming each day. They don't just show up and do tasks, they really do care for Mum. Home Instead have helped us when we didn't know what to do next. Brilliant company and I would highly recommend them.

Mum was reluctant to enter a care environment so admission was supported by social services. Aria care home was most supportive in these circumstances providing me with lots of information and support. Mum is now very happy and settled in the home and wants for nothing. She refers to it as a hotel as her room is lovely, staff brilliant and very friendly and the food is marvelous.

When mum went to live at Aria I was so worried that they wouldnt care for her the way I had but they did that and so much more! She became part of Aria's family and Aria became a part of ours. If your lookin for somewhere for your loved one you wont find better than Aria.
