Great communication, kept me informed what he was doing and why. Had possible leak and no hot water. Ollie did thorough check of boiler and got everything working. Couldn't of asked for better. Will always use this service now for any plumbing and heating needs. Very reassuring.

Olly was able to sort out our landlord's certificate today. He was prompt and kept in touch by text and WhatsApp throughout the process. Competitive pricing and has an in depth knowledge of the job. We will certainly use H and B Plumbing and Heating in the future.

Absolutely so impressed with Ion from the time I called him to him being at my house 10 mins later!! Cleaned out the condensate pump which had disabled my boiler and saved me the money on the new one I bought in preparation. Then very kindly stayed longer to replace parts in toilet cistern which I hadn’t discussed with prior to his visit. Amazing price as well. So if you looking for a reliable trustworthy tradesperson I highly recommend. Thank you again Ion see you in January for my boiler service.
