I found Obsurv on a comparison website and liked the fact that the company was local and had good feedback. The service was delivered within the noted timescales although Peter did note that he may be able to bring forward the survey if there were any cancellations. I wasn't in a hurry so the survey went ahead as planned as was followed with a comprehensive and well explained report. I also called Peter a couple of weeks later to clarify a few points and although I was a little late with my follow up he was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend.
