I was treated to a spa day by a lovely friend. The professionalism of the wonderful young lady who gave me the neck, shoulder, and back massage and facial was outstanding, it was my first time, and I felt very self conscious as I'm a bigger lady. My treatment was at 1 pm on Sunday, 28th July. I can not remember her name... She said I had a lot of stress and knots, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Thank you so much.

Great stay! Reasonably priced. Nice leisure facilities, rooms are nice - could do some a little modernising but great views over the golf course and surrounding areas. Very comfy king bed. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and catered for vegetarians and vegans. Would stay again.

Great stay at Bryn Meadows. Staff friendly and made changes to my original booking to tailor the stay without any fuss. Restaurant is great, good food and attentive service, room had a terrific view over the golf course, and the golf team also really friendly and helpful. A pleasure to visit, thanks.

Extremely beautiful venue for any occasion, set amongst an idilic view that goes on for miles...staff are brilliant, very friendly and accommodating, food was very well presented and cooked to perfection...I would highly recommend to stay at this beautiful place if you ever get the opportunity to see for yourselves...

Family wedding venue. All staff were helpful, accommodating engaged, and so attentive. Everything we wanted was there. Anything we asked for was done so good and lovely setting and surrounding. Highly recommended for a wedding venue.

Just had my son's wedding here. All I can say is, wow. The service, fantastic, food, amazing, quality, out of this world. Try a night or two to test it out. You won't be disappointed. Incredible venue for any event.

I would stay again! Spotlessly clean - the Hotel Inspector or Four in a Bed shows could not improve the room for value. Great bed, fast wifi, very quiet. Woken by owls and nightingales outside! Very friendly staff. The eat all you can breakfast at £10 for continental plus any cooked stuff was a bargain. Eggs cooked to order, very good. Yes, as per other reviews, the coffee machine was on the blink one morning, but was fixed the following morning. Booking a space for breakfast was no problem, and we were asked to do so when we checked in (but only to let us know, we decided later in the eve to book a space). We didn't try the Toby next door for food, but this review is about the Premier Inn anyway.

The Room was spotless, And large. The Bed was a dream. The Staff are amazing. Breakfast was cooked by Matthew and served by Cyndi. Upon hearing we were off to the Cricket in Bristol, they offered to do us some sandwiches at no charge!! This has surely got to be the benchmark for customer service!! Caerphilly is a beautiful place to boot. I implore anyone to stay here, znd I can't wait to come Back. Oh, and after a 230 mile trip to get here, to receive the welcome I did from Megan made it all worth while.

Friendly staff on arrival, a spotlessly clean room with daily housekeeping offered, although not needed. No working air-con but a floor fan had been added to the room.
