This was our first time using 1st choice taxi. The service was second to none from ease of booking, through to pick up and drop off at Bristol airport. Excellent communication from started to finish and spotless car! Shaun is a real professional who takes pride in his work and the service he offers! We will DEFINITELY be using Shaun again for our next holiday!

We booked Shaun for return airport transfer and so glad we did. First class service with excellent communication from the onset. Picked us up bang on time at 3am and drove us safely to Bristol airport in plenty of time for flight. Again great communication on return journey and Shaun was there ready to pick us up. Very clean and comfortable car with plenty of room for luggage. Very friendly and reliable, would highly recommend and will definitely use again - thank you Shaun.

We have always found Shaun at 1st Choice Caerphilly taxi to be reliable, professional and friendly. The cost for returns to both Cardiff and Bristol airports are also reasonable. The communication with Shaun is great. Highly recommended.

Amazing service from R&M Travel. We booked for a return trip to Bristol airport from Caerphilly. From when I made the initial contact, they were quick to respond. The booking process was easy and efficient and the mini bus was super comfy and clean. They were on time for pick up and tracked our flight for the return. I would highly recommend R&M Travel and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great airport transfer for my family of 8 to Bristol and back. Lovely clean minibus. Good communication from Richard both there and back. Easy to book. Made it s much less hassle. Definitely use the service again. Would highly recommend.
