A True Lifesaver: Exceptional Service at the Four Point Hotel Dundee! Our recent stay at the Four Point Hotel Dundee was, quite simply, a dream come true, especially considering the nightmare scenario we faced just hours before. With less than 24 hours to go before a big event on Saturday night, another hotel completely let us down, leaving us scrambling for accommodation.

Newish hotel in immaculate condition. Queen room was huge with lovely view over the Tay. Modern design very cool and really good natural light from floor to ceiling window. Plenty of mirrors! Shower room lovely. Breakfast was good and restaurant spotless. Lovely lounge area and bar. Staff were very professional and friendly actually talked to guests like human beings rather than robots.

Excellent service above and beyond by Omar and Rebecca. Rooms were excellent, clean and with all the facilities one would expect. The location on top of Dundee Station was very convenient.

My friends and I stayed at this Hampton property while passing thru Dundee on our way to the The Open at Royal Troon. From the moment we arrived, Stuart greeted us and made us feel at home. The entire staff was incredible with their hospitality! The hotel offers an excellent breakfast, as well as some dinner choices. We took advantage of enjoying the friendly bar for coffee and late afternoon beers.The location is perfect to explore Dundee on foot. Rooms were extremely clean, modern and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area, and look forward to coming back! Simon, Stuart and the entire staff provide outstanding customer service!

Spent 5 weeks here with work. A large group of us. Hotel staff were fantastic very helpful, polite and efficient. Rooms were always clean and tidy no issues with them at all. Food in the hotel was OK some of the guys eat in most nights. Location is fantastic well sighted for the local area close to many other bars, restaurants, high Street and areas of interest. Very good stay would recommend for singles, couples or groups. Thanks for everything.

Really good hotel with excellent amenities. Participated in Dundee Toastmasters meetings in their Argyll room. The facilities were good with cosy environment. The front desk reception staff and other staff members of the hotel are really friendly and helpful.
