TOP 3 PARK HOTEL REVIEWS

Stayed here for two nights, ate one evening, food was excellent as was service and great value for money. Bounty sundae was lush! Reception efficient and friendly, as were all the staff, they went out of there way to speak and make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Our room was clean and comfortable, only a small point, maybe a shelf for toiletries in bathroom and secure glass covering tables. Will definitely be a returning guest.

For a 3 star hotel this is 5/5. Some of the waiting staff are lovely, majority of the food is excellent, the rooms are kept clean. My towels were just folded instead of replaced so they did get wetter as the week went on, not ideal. The fish and chips was outstanding. You’re close to Falkirk which is a lovely city, and the Falkirk Wheel, well worth a trip. Would be happy staying here again.

Afternoon lunch today with family! Great Service, Excellent choices on menu, food was hot and delicious,, dining room very clean and nice decorated. Would recommended visit for lunch. Will be back soon.

Absolutely lovely staff, great food and lovely rooms. Only problem we had was the stairs to the room but staff were very kind about it offering to carry bags up stairs and help guide us up and down. The bar and restaurant area felt homey and warm, and the staff too were warm. Portion sizes of food is massive and worth the price, and they offer take away option for left overs.

I’m a Falkirk local who lives in Australia. I always make a point of stopping by for a meal or a drink as the food is of good quality at a reasonable price. Customer service is so friendly and cheerful. Saturday night laid back acoustic music. Great pint of Stella. Can’t wait to return. David

What a great place to stay in Falkirk. The rooms were extremely clean, beds comfy, and the bar served great food, and very affordable pints. Lastly the staff and owners were awesome and truly care, we had such a great time staying here. Edinburgh wishes they had places like this. Thank you so much - Andrew and Diana from Canada.

My review is purely for the hotel and does not include the Beefeater next door. The staff on reception were outstanding when I stayed here on Sunday night. Could not have been more helpful. Great service. Room was good temperature (stayed in main building rather than the annex), plenty of parking available, and bed was incredibly comfortable. Hotel is fine, staff are amazing.

I am unable to comment on the rooms, as I was only there for a meal. The food was excellent, with no waiting time involved. Service and the food were first class. All of the staff were very friendly helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect for what we needed. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Food was excellent.
