Fantastic staff, very well trained and know exactly what they are talking about. My hair was in such bad condition due to years of neglect and box dye, now my hair is at its healthiest thanks to the patience and expertise from Rachel, she has took every effort to help me get to the look I want. I look forward to my appointments with her as she is a brilliant hairdresser, very accommodating to every need and makes me feel so relaxed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had the pleasure of having my hair done today by Megan with the helping hands of Sophie. Both girls were an absolute pleasure. Megan took me through the whole process as I had my hair lightened from really dark. It’s lovely. Sophie was very knowledgeable about the products. The receptionist Tracey is always bubbly and friendly. I will absolutely be returning.

I had my hair cut today by Holly. She was lovely and made sure I was happy at my appointment. She was very attentive, offering drinks, a head massage and made sure we fully discussed what she was going to be doing with my hair. My hair is not the easiest to deal with as it's very thick and curly. She made a beautiful job and I will definitely book with Holly again. Thank you!

today was my first day in the salon and I was very happy. the staff are all amazing, beautiful atmosphere and my hair is really fabulous. thank you leanne she was fabulous and very professional.. will definitely be back, thank you so much.

First time to go to Rod Smith’s Salon. Rod made a wonderful job of styling and colouring my hair. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and he evidently has a very happy compliment of staff working in the salon. I will definitely be going back.

Excellent team here with Rod & Gill, so friendly. Rod really listens to what you want, and gets to know you know. Safety measures are excellent, so have always felt safe in the salon. Salon uses quality products, and I get good advice on how to maintain my colour. Definitely recommend.

Not long moved to the area so it is always difficult to find another hairdresser, however after being a numpty and turning up a day early in my enthusiasm to get my haircut I would highly recommend booking in at Renella with Kirstie. I Showed her pictures of hairstyles and she was very enthusiastic and positive about the style. I was very happy with final result and have rebooked my next appointment.

So glad I moved from my usual hairdresser to Renella. Was in for pretty much the full day for a colour correction and everyone was so nice and my hair turned out amazing! Even better than I expected! Every step of the process was explained to me clearly and all my questions were answered. Will definitely be back again.

Went in as a model, so I had a trainee cutting my hair, Meg was professional. Took her time to make sure it was done properly. The assessor did a final check when it was done. Then Meg curled my hair, and all was done for free. Will be back as a paying customer. Meg done a good job. I'm a happy customer.
