HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS GLASGOW AIRPORT REVIEWS

We were very pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced, convenient and comfortable this hotel is. The staff were lovely, especially Chloé who was fantastically helpful and lovely to us and helped us to get settled after a long day of travel. She couldn't have been nicer and is one of the best staff members we have come across in all the hotels we have stayed. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean and convenient! 3-5 minute walk to the airport with ground that you can run your luggage wheels on! Bathroom door is one of those cool new ones that doubles as either a full bathroom door or just a toilet door. Shower worked perfectly! Breakfast 4am (cold and cereals) and hot breakfast 6:30-9:30am.

Had a very good experience. Booked in after our flight had been cancelled to then be told our flight was going ahead. John was fantastic. 10/10 customer service.

Appears to have been recently refurbished since I last stayed here, beautifully done. Big shout out to the reception or booking staff as I had an issue when I booked it & they sorted it out. We stayed here with parking before flying out for our honeymoon & had a great experience to kick start things. We went for dinner & food was lovely.

Great service. We used the hotel to park and fly from Glasgow airport and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked our car at their car park and they provided a free taxi to and from the airport. We will definitely be returning next time we fly from Glasgow.

Stayed at the Normandy for a overnight and stay and park we had a meal that night which was lovely highly recommend the chicken pie all so the fish and chips staff were lovely rooms very clean also the driver that took us to the airport was very pleasant.

Hotel was brilliant spotlessly clean. Room was massive bathroom great. Room had everything you need and more.They made the room available early as I was attending a funeral and wanted too freshen up before attending after a long drive.check in was 2pm I got the room at 12pm for 2pm which I thank them for. The only problem I found with this hotel was some of the customers who were rude too staff on several occasions that I witnessed but the staff handled them professionally. I will be stopping here again and I thank all the staff for their service.

We really liked it here. It's 15 minutes from the City Centre. Close to trains and bus services. Our room was nice and clean and their staff is very nice and friendly. I didn't use the spa services so I can't comment on that. They offer a very decent breakfast every day. They have a nice restaurant and a cute bar. If I'm ever back in Scotland this will be where I stay.

Fantastic staff at this hotel. Breakfast is amazing also. Rooms are modern and clean. Beer in the bar is expensive, but aren't most hotels nowadays. Can't rate this hotel enough. Will definitely use this hotel in future for my trips to Glasgow.
