Fantastic location and excellent customer service. Booked a meeting room for the day for 12 delegates. Food provided throughout the day far surpassed the expectations of the menu provided beforehand. Staff was welcoming from the outset and were on hand to handle any queries or requests. The food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend using this venue for meetings and it is excellent value.

We were a hen group and from the start we were welcomed with bubbles! The staff were polite and friendly. My treatment was a salt scrub by Sophia she was very attentive and after the scrub I had a quick massage just the right combo!! My skin was silky smooth and I felt so relaxed!! I wished it was an hour instead of 25 minutes as it’s not enough but highly recommended!!!

Wonderful hotel very centrally located and the staff and brilliant. I have been lucky enough to stay in a number of high end hotels and the staff here were the top of the pile. They were attentive and welcoming without being overbearing. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay here for 4 days, staff really helpful and friendly, rooms nice, great choice at breakfast, the only thing I would say is why don't you have a trolley when clearing the tables at breakfast time, bless you, you were up and down all morning collecting the plates and cutlery, it would save your legs.

Had a lovely time here, thanks to all the staff who went the extra mile to check us in early and look after our luggage while we waited for an available room. Very polite and friendly staff, breakfast was good and amenities were nice. Our go to place when we return to Manchester!

Great location for going to a match at Old Trafford. Immediately upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to enter the room well before the check-in time.

Had the pleasure of been checked in by Carolina and her colleague and they deserve so much credit! I was early, and I know you can’t always get into your hotel room early but they had a room ready for me and were so kind to chat and ensure all was good. I was having a bit of an off day and there smiles and kindness really perked me up. 10/10 for those staff members!

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, the room was lovely and clean, the food was very nice. Really ideal location, 15 minutes away from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Trafford centre. Would highly recommend and will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you AC Hotel !

Amazing hotel, we weren’t expecting it to be this clean, quiet and friendly! Short walk to the water, lovely clean rooms and halls, really friendly and helpful staff. Sheetal working behind the bar was really lovely, we had a great chat. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back.
