“Peel Park is one of the oldest parks in Salford, having opened to the public in 1910. The park is near the Salford Museum, in front of the valley and next to Crescent Road in Salford. The park provides many facilities, including an outdoor gym, MUGA, pavilion, and children's play area. The park features pretty landscaping with information boards and monuments that make you think about the past. Peel Park has areas for hosting events and gym equipment. Peel Park is open, and there are no entry fees. The park is wheelchair accessible and features a river with ducks, a playground with toys, and a small sandbox for children. There are picnic benches, lovely flowers, and ongoing improvements to enhance the visitor experience.”
