Spa Day & Afternoon Tea with my daughter consisting of 2 x 25 minute treatments (Massage & Facial). I don’t like massages so they gave me more of a facial (it was with Bethany). I’ve been to quite a few hotels & beauty salons over the years for facials and I have to say that this was the best by far! I would definitely recommend

The only actual 5 star hotel in Manchester. Fantastic food, large, bright rooms with the most amazing beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. It has parking, which is a big plus for a city hotel. Although it was only a short walk over the bridge to the city centre, it was away from road noise and weekend party chaos. Will definitely stay again.

I attended with my daughter for 2 treatments. We had an excellent service provided with smiles from the onset. The massage and facial were done excellently . A very strong massage indeed. The facilities were impeccable. Thank you for making it such an enjoyable experience.
