Since I suffered from bruxism for over 30 years, I was lucky enough to come across Stephen and try hypnosis to understand the root of my jaw clenching and teeth grinding. I must admit, I was nervous beforehand our zoom chat since that was my first session ever and I guess my control freakiness kicked in a bit. However, almost immediately my guards went down as we began chatting. So many emotions came up, I had some serious breakthroughs and realisations. I went very deep, however, throughout the session I felt safe, secure and free as if I was watching a video of myself. Very peculiar feeling yet fascinating to say the least. I had to sleep for over 2.5 hours straight after and felt exhausted for the rest of the day. The next day I felt like a new person, I had no headache and my face felt so relaxed. I haven't stopped smiling and laughing since. This happened two weeks ago, in that period I only had a migraine twice. Please note, lately I have had migraines twice a day.
