Have used Viking Hypnotherapy a few times now but my most recent was back in March to stop smoking. After previous visits had proved successful I decided to stop smoking and who better to help me ? I stopped instantly, never even had the smallest of draws of a cigarette, no desire to smoke whatsoever since.
