Called up and was able to get an appointment on the day over at team valley bwhich was fantastic. Saw the physio Rob Henderson who was friendly, professional and supportive. I injured my calf and have the great north run in a few weeks. He was able to provide assessment, exercises and massage to a calf strain which I had been struggling to walk with for a couple of weeks. The very next day my leg felt amazing! I got my exercises to take away a work on and am booked for a follow up assessment in a couple of weeks to check on recovery. Thank you team ‘Physiotherapy Matters.

I had treatment from Neeraj over the course of 3-4 months following a collision with a bus which injured my shoulder and hip. Neeraj was very professional and informative throughout the whole process and the treatment I received was very successful. I am no pain free and have a comprehensive guide of exercises to follow to maintain the strength in my shoulder and hip. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve suffered from a bad upper back for years, with it getting better on and off through having sports massages, today it feels like Steven actually got to the route of the problem in only a half an hour session. I came out feeling so much better. Despite only being booked for a sports massage and not a full consultation, Steven made sure that I left with much more knowledge and ways to help whilst I’m at home. I’m shocked after how many massages, sports massages and even physio sessions that none addressed the areas that were address in my session today and it finally feels like I have found someone so knowledgeable who will really be able to help not just in the short term but in the long term too. Thanks again to Steven and the lovely team.

I have been having treatment for my knee with Dan and it’s helping a great deal with the pain. Had Cingal injection last week and I’m just about pain free. Definitely helped with my arthritis. Great service and lovely premises, with free parking.

I saw Fatima today and have to say I could feel the weight lifting as she spoke. She is clearly exceptionally knowledge but also comforting, friendly and caring. As a combination these things all align perfectly and ensure an excellent deliver.

After booking a last minute appointment to assess a calf issue 5 days prior to my main event for the year, I was very happy with the thorough assessment and the calm reassurance that taking part was still feasible. The exercise programme provided meant that my calf issue was under control before race day, and despite some minor discomfort in the early stages, I was able to stick to my plan to walk the event for a 6th completion of the Lakeland 100. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Momentum to anyone looking to book a physio appointment.

Saw Carl Bell for painful left hip from track season and he was meticulous in his identification of the source of the problem and then extremely client-centred in his suggestion of ongoing management. Can’t find enough superlatives. Thank you ever so much.
