I come every time and they are my first option if I wanna go massage. Staff ladies are always welcoming, nice and polite to me. Their massage skills are professional and supervise me as well. Very quickly responds while I ask for booking on Google chat box. I also recommend them to my friends, they love it. They are doing a great job:)

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Kate, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Kate's warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. She took the time to understand my needs and customized the massage to target specific areas of tension. Her technique is impeccable, with the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed, as if all the stress had melted away. Kate's professionalism, skill, and genuine care for her clients make her an outstanding therapist. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a top-notch massage experience!

Being a client of Number 1 Thai Massage for over 5 years, I can attest the best and so addicting massage I have ever experienced in my whole life. Several times I felt so heavy and achy in my entire body and sometimes unwell, I just had to go to their place for a 1 hour massage and came out feeling so light and good. There’s Joy, Rain, Kim and Kate who are all equally brilliant with their techniques, so warm and friendly too.

Excellent massage, I've never had one before and was put at ease by the professionalism and expertise of the staff. I feel excellent. Will definitely return.

Outstanding spa. I can't praise them sufficiently. Wonderful head massage, and the ethos of the place is evident in every way. I was greeted with water, and the staff were caring and courteous. There is comfortable seating in therapy rooms and reception. The whole place is deeply calming, with an aesthetic which carries this through. This is definitely the best place in Newcastle for such treatments!

I've recently had a lovely pregnancy massage from here as my shoulders and neck were in agony. The massage was great and accommodating for my pregnant self, I felt comfortable. Will be back again.

100% would recommend. I had a mixed of deep tissue and Thai massage to sort out several issues on the left side of my back and it was incredible. Lovely staff, good price and I’ll definitely be making this a regular booking.
