I rang this afternoon after being about our pet parott. Staff on the phone were caring and very helpful. We were given an appointment that day. We were very happy from start to finish. Professional, caring and knowledgeable vet. We are registered now and would not go anywhere else, highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Rang up to say that my dog had ripped his dew claw (repeat offender) was given appointment straight away went to surgery and was treated straight away staff reception and medical always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant vets - I've currently got two elderly pets under their care and I can't praise them enough. Staff are all friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Recently had to bring my 23 year old cat in because she took a bad turn. The vet squeezed me into the clinic to see her. Had to bring her in to say goodbye yesterday and again they managed to get me in as soon as possible. Staff were lovely and the vets really understanding. They gave me an extra month with my baby girl and I'm forever thankful to them for it .

Our dog Bud was referred here after becoming seriously ill, the staff were lovely all treatments and costs were fully explained and could visit him whenever and for as long as we wanted, sadly he deteriorated and was PTS. The vets Caroline and Lucy were so nice he had a peaceful end

Just a post from me and my family to thank Westway Vets on West Road for looking after Lola during her final few months. Lola went to heaven in March of this year, the care and love she received from the staff at Westway Veterinary Group was more than we could have ever of wished for.

I would not have had my Sam for nearly 16yrs without Kats wonderful care.She always went above and beyond the call of duty to save my Sam and she did so, so many times. I would never go anywhere else. All the staff are so nice and friendly.

We have been visiting these vets ever since we got our old rescue Trooper 5 years ago. He is now 15 and of course he has been getting a lot of old man problems. From the fabulous reception staff who know him well. The nurses and Effie, our brilliant vet. They are all amazing! Thank you

I have had all of my cats to this practice and to be honest cannot fault them. Being able to park a big advantage less stress for us and the experience from start to finish has been excellent.
