Had my braces put on today by Julie and Emily and it was so much better than what I came in worrying about. Everything was explained clearly, how to care for my braces, changing elastics, appointment schedule etc. And they explained everything they were doing which put me at ease. Even beforehand, with the introduction, treatment plan and the videos i was sent to watch was very helpful.The orthodontic pack included with the tools to care for my braces was a very nice touch. I'm so glad I made the decision to come here, I made the right choice.

Had Invisalign braces fitted 2 weeks ago. The whole process was smooth & comfortable, despite my prior nerves! Thanks to the whole Queensway team at Jesmond for starting this exciting journey with me. I’m looking forward to the day I will finally have straight teeth.

Katie was so lovely and put me at ease when fitting my brace to start my treatment! Would recommend Queensway to everyone.

Lovely clean builiding with a lovely welcome. Staff are very friendly and very informative about every step during the appointment. Always on time and never kept waiting long during appointment if extra information is needed. Staff always talk direct to my daughter which makes her feel at ease. They always ask her if she has any questions to ask and if she has any expectations or hesitations about her upcoming procedure. As a parent / guardian, I am always kept up to date with information about appointments and procedures. Highly recommend.

I am currently completing Invisalign with the support of Heidi and Stella. Both staff have been very supportive when I have been worried at the start of my journey. If I have any questions Stella communicates back to me very quickly which makes me feel very assured. I would definitely recommend Neo Orthodontics.

I was recommended by Lizzie to come to Neo for my brace as neo provides exceptional treatment, Heidi and Halima were amazing.

Staff always friendly & experienced. Son's braces have needed adjusting a couple of time & he has been seen at short notice, which is great. All going to plan at the moment & we are all very grateful, as we did look at private treatment but its an expensive treatment over a long period of time, but fortunately his appointment came through.
