Best dining place around here, by far. The food is exceptional. The staff are always so friendly and happy to serve the best food. Always fresh and delicious. Never had a meal that wasn't the best meal ever! Highly recommend Lopen Raj. Recently visited again for my husbands birthday, had a fantastic meal. Never been given a meal we didn't both just adore. Really special place. Love it.

Staying at a nearby campsite we were recommended the Lopen Raj. Quiet on arrival, full as we left. The food, service and atmosphere were all brilliant. It was excellent value for money and if we are ever in the area again we would return.

Such a lovely place to eat! Best curry and now they do a grill menu. I’ve tried the steak, skewers, burgers, wings! Don’t be daunted by the menu, the food is always spot on and the staff are so friendly and helpful with recommendations as well. Love this place.

Wow. The go-to curry house in the area. Top food. The Lamb Sag was 10/10 as was my Veg Vindaloos. The King Prawn Tandoori Masala actually had king prawns in it which sounds obvious but in England is rare. Well done.. the best food in Chard easily.

Very tasty Indian right on Chard high street. Well presented and moorish, flavoursome curries and side dishes, tender well-cooked meat, fluffy chewy naans.. We had king prawn masala, chicken jalfrezi, mixed starter, naan popadoms etc. all really good - blew our other recent Indian meals out the water.

Food is excellent - we had sagarana and methiwalla, both extraordinary. Papadum way pricier than regular though

What a wonderful place with very friendly staff and excellent food. A really nice twost on the traditional Indian restaurant with great decor and atmosphere. The food is excellent and the dishes are extremely good value and well presented. The flavours are complex, but they still have that authenticity. The value was excellent, and even though the portions were right, there was still more than we could eat.

Best Indian food i've had, everything had so much flavour from the dips to the main dishes would highly recommend and the owner is very welcoming and friendly. Great find cant fault it at all.

We found the Viceroy on our first visit to Yeovil and keep going back because we love the food. The usual selection of starters and mains with some great chef specials. That's my plate after my Xakuti curry.
