THE PRINCE OF WALES REVIEWS
A great pub with lots to offer. We stopped here on our way to a local festival. We had been before in the winter and were impressed but it was even better in the summer. Nice sized beer garden with views from the walk in. The food was delicious and we weren't waiting long at all. The landlord was a real fun character and very welcoming, as we're the rest of the team. We will definitely come back each year when we visit the area for the festival.
Popped in here on a recommendation. What a beautiful place to have lunch or just a drink. We will certainly return again when we are passing. It was very busy due to it being a Sunday, but the staff were very efficient and although we were told the food would be 45 mins it came out a lot faster.
Delicious food, lovely staff, amazing views and walks. Also in winter warm welcome, warm fire good place to take your dog or horse. Nice place to have group dinner, celebration. Family friendly. Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian but food on the menu indicating veg or vegan etc nut allergy. Kid-friendliness: Walkers paradise, families all ages, dog walkers. BQ areas kids on bikes. Goodkids menu Wheelchair accessibility: Path areas for prams, buggies wheelchairs

THE ROYAL OAK REVIEWS
There aren't so many pub restaurants serving meals into Sunday evenings in South Somerset, so the fact that the one which does is so good is gratifying. They must be exhausted after the busy Sunday lunch scene, but we had a proper welcome, attentive table service, a quick correction when we pointed out a small problem, and great food. Madame had the goats cheese and sweet potato salad, and enjoyed the crispy sweet potato skin and freshness of the greens. I had the roast turkey and thought the meat succulent, Yorkshire pudding just right, potatoes and veg OK and really good cauliflower cheese. We've eaten here a couple of times and the quality of the food and service has been consistently good. Well worth a visit. Vegetarian options: The salad was fresh and tasty, even on a Sunday evening. Attractive vegetarian options - clearly a thoughtful chef Parking: Parking is accessed right beside the pub, and if people park well you could get a good number of cars in.
Fantastic little pub. There was a great choice on the menu. The Chefs created a wonderful selection on the specials board. Also the staff were amazing. Great banter and lots of fun which made for a memorable evening. We will definitely be coming back again.
Enjoyed an unplanned lunch visit, plenty of parking, the beer garden looked lovely in the sunshine and had lots of seating. Food was delicious and staff offered great service.

THE BREWERS ARMS REVIEWS
This was a wonderful little find. Stayed one night b&b for a wedding locally and I could not be happier. Rooms were large, clean and modern. Extremely good value at £50 a night including breakfast. At that price I was expecting a greasy spoon affair, but the breakfast quality was 5* delicious well grilled bacon and sausage, hash browns that were crispy and fried in clean oil. Nice mushroom and egg. Worth a £10 easy. Very friendly staff and landlords, highly recommended.
This was a stopover on our trip home from Cornwall and we were delighted to find such a gem of a pub to stay at! When we arrived we were greeted by the barman and we had a lovely pint of ale at a very reasonable price. The pub had a really welcoming feel to it. The staff were all friendly and could not have been more helpful. A special thanks to Ali for her extra help. Our room was very comfortable and clean and a good size. We ate in the restaurant where the menu was extensive and the food was excellent at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed a restful night and a good breakfast and would thoroughly recommend this place. On our next visit to the West Country we will stay here again.
Absolutely amazing place to enjoy a fantastic meal with great hosts and barstaff! Very thoughtful and accommodating before we even got to try the sumptuous food! 5 stars doesn't do it justice .
