This may well be the best restaurant in Chester. Excellent and authentic Italian with a varied menu including pizza, pasta etc. Portions are good - highly recommend the calamari in garlic and tomato sauce with bruschetta and lobster pasta. House wine is reasonably priced at £20. Dined as a family of 3 and had the best evening. Thank you to staff for singing happy birthday to my young son, you have no idea how much it made his day. A great visit and we really hope we can return one day.

On our way down to the castle and decided to try here for lunch, filled up quickly but food amazing so we understood why! I had the tagliatelle scoglio and my partner had the ham and mushroom pizza. Both very nice and arrived quickly. Reasonably priced.

Beautiful authentic Italian restaurant. We come here once a year to celebrate my Grandad. The staff are so cheerful and helpful, food is delicious with great portions. They go above and beyond.

Called in for lunch, Friendly staff and nice atmosphere, seems to be a popular place for lunch. Good portions and good choices, food was also tasty. Well worth the £14.50 for 2 courses and a filter coffee. Would recommend when your in Chester. Main menu was also inviting.

Excellent place! Everything was great: attentive staff (especially cook Sam, who made a real show and amazed our children), fantastic pizza and cozy Italian atmosphere. Highly recommend! We are going to come back soon.

Exceptional food, fabulous atmosphere, and exceptional service .. It's a must if you visit chester and like Italian food . It's a family run restaurant, and if I could rate it higher, I would . Amazing place.

I visited there today. Clean, crisp so attentive and friendly staff. Very professional. Excellent selections well displayed and served. Customers seemed to love the Pizzas. Said salad fresh main meals again high standards. Good bottled water. Chilled. Large capuchinos. A very nice restaurant will definitely use them again. Good to see them in Chester. It filled up quickly, after one, the locals know.

We had an amazing meal here tonight. Everything was delicious, but I have to give a special mention for the house special of crispy spinach balls and the tiramisu. The service was excellent too - nothing seemed too much trouble for our waiter who was very efficient and friendly.

Had lunch here mid week and sat outside in the sun. We took advantage of the two for £20 pizzas which were amazing , tasty and crispy. ( didn't see offer on menu it was in window) Would definitely visit again to sample more Italian cuisine.
