The Architect is a traditional pub restaurant within Chester's city walls overlooking the racecourse at Roodee. They are named in honour of Thomas Harrison, a prolific architect who designed the building as his residence, along with creating Grosvenor Bridge and much of Chester Castle. They have spacious free plan room with a massive bar at its middle and a buzzy, pubby feel to things, with glazed entrances leading out to the dining terrace.
