Popped in about 2 weeks ago. Lovely shop with lots to choose from. Great customer service from the lovely Rianne, she was lots of help. She helped me choose an infinity bracelet, Milano glass charm and a polishing set.

Really good place, there this women called Nicole Moore and she helped me and my sister what to get from pandora, and oh my word she is amazing, she really lovely, she very helpful, and she knows what type of jewellery were wanting for our pandora charm bracelet, and also what rings to choice to, thankyou so much Nicole, you've been a real help, would definitely shop here again.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Really nice store and wasn’t too busy when we came. Jewellery we bought was pristine and so far no problems with it

The staff always go out of their way and have amazing customer service. Bonnie and Karen always ensure I have the best experience in store and are very knowledgeable about their products. Amazing store with amazing staff.

I called into H.Samuels yesterday looking for a new chain. Both Bonnie and Sarah were very polite and helpful with recommendations for which chain would be best. All in all I was very happy with my visit and would happily recommend H.Samuels to anyone. Very kind staff and lovely environment.

We are regular customers at the store in Blackpool. The reason for this is because of the excellent customer service we recieve EVERYTIME we go in. The manager Karen is so lovely, and very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are attentive and always cheery. The store in Blackpool has been our go to for birthdays, Christmas presents and more recently our engagement ring. We would both highly recommend H Samuel's. Competitive prices and most importantly, great customer service!

I have also interacted with their online and telesales team and again they have been faultless. It is really refreshing to receive this level of service, thank you so much for making my Raymond Weil watch purchase so pleasurable, you made me feel very special indeed.

I purchased an Omega watch and this had to be forwarded on. I was slightly nervous about this, and it was delivered on the day and time stipulated. The service was exceptional from start to finish. All staff were professional and attentive.

Great team very helpful Ordered my tag red bull a couple of days ago. Called me as soon as it arrived absolute amazing service. Also given a £150 voucher Thanks again for being so helpful See you again soon.
