Looking for wide fit velcro fastening shoes for my Grandad, they didn't have any and don't make the style any more , I gave 5 stars because Tim the advisor helped us look , spent time showing alternatives , even found us info from another staff member where to find them , the best customer service you can ask for.

We went to get our daughters first pair of shoes and we had no idea what we were doing. The shop assistant was really helpful, measured her feet and gave us a note of her size, pointed us in the right direction and was really nice when our daughter ran into the stock room. Lovely first experience for us all.

Good choices. Good value for money. I must say how good the customer service was.

Nice big store with happy staff and faye the manager is the best manager I have ever came across she's really helpful and very friendly even tho me and my fiance kept calling her over so many times for her help.

Fantastic place for shoes it sells men and women shoes and children shoes from casual slip ons, boots, classic shoes, sports shoes and many other things it has a 50 percent sale and other discounts so it is well worth a visit.

Deuchmann is a great shoe shop, loads of choices boots, shoes, trainers, slippers, handbags, and if you buy sued shoes or boots they will waterproof them for you for £2.50, great friendly service and not overly priced, great value for money.

Elderly Dad in a care home and needed more clogs for him. Unable to purchase online as I normally do since they are now out of season. Spoke with Kevin (Manager) who kindly put the last three pairs to one side for me. Great service. Thank you.!

What a fantastic place, the staff go out of there way to help you. They sell all kinds of shoes from women's shoes and boots.' men's shoes and safety boots in all it isn't to bad a place to get what you need and there is discount on certain items so it is worth a visit.

Still have all my shoes. So comfy, affordable and lovely staff. £5 off too over a certain amount.
