We were greeted by a lovely lady who explained how everything works in the store and then we were left to wander around without any pressure. When we were ready to ask questions , Sandra, the lady who served us , was very knowledgeable and helpful . We were really happy with the service we received . Just received bed today...no problems at all ..delivery service was excellent. We were notified well in advance of the date with a time slot and then the day before to tell us it was on track. We had phonecall an hour before the actual delivery. 2 delivery drivers very helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend Benson's.

Very nice staff to deal with. Julie from Blackpool retail Park was so helpful with explaining everything to us from the bed base to the mattress, she guided us all the way. An excellent company to deal with, from ordering to delivery, I would give more than 5 stars to them. The delivery team Mick and Kelvin were excellent, very informative and courteous. They put the bed and mattress into the desired room and set it in the correct position for us to put together 5 star plus to them both.

All staff members were very helpful and welcoming. Thomas asked me what we were looking for and showed me to the perfect bed so is obviously very knowledgeable. I unfortunately failed to get the other staff members names which is a shame because they were also exceptionally helpful.

A couple of years ago I bought 2 ottoman beds from berry’s. Have been very happy with them. We recently moved house and the clips that held the base together got lost in the move. I went in to berry’s and asked if I could purchase 2 new clips. The person couldn’t find any, he took my address. The following day the clips were dropped at my house, in person, and I wasn’t charged. 10 out of 10 , superb customer service.

Every bit as good as the reviews have said. From the help I received in the Lytham shop selecting a bed and mattress to the fellas that came round to dismantle and remove the bed I already had to the fellas delivering and assembling my new bed, all were brilliant. As to the bed itself I paid half what I was expecting to pay and it's top quality. Exactly what I wanted. Brilliant service all round.

ThaBought a king size two-drawer divan & headboard from Berry’s. We visited this shop after seeing good reviews. We’re delighted with our purchase, the young man in the shop was pleasant and helpful, delivery was as stated with notification given prior to delivery and our old bed was taken away in the deal.
