Thank you to Mathew for his help in upgrading my Samsung phone. He took the time to explain various features to me, sorted out a new sim contract, transferred the data from my old phone and fit the new screen cover. I am delighted with the new phone and the service I received.

The three staff in Blackpool were very knowledgeable and helped me upgrade quickly. Matthew is a credit to the team as he answered any questions I had very clearly and i left knowing exactly what i had signed up for. The customer service was excellent.

Fantastic experience in 3 Blackpool today. The person we spoke to was patient, helpful and friendly. She took the time to transfer all my data to my new phone. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from these guys my phone which I bought of them fell out of it cradle on my motorbike at 60 mph the screen protector did its job remarkably well took it new one on quality stuff and time taken by the guy to make sure it was . Definitely my go to phone shop.

This place is great! They have a huge selection of phones ( brand new and used ones ), cases, accessories and protectors. And they have one of the most friendly staff I’ve encountered in a long time. I got a better deal than I was in expecting on an iPhone. 110% I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing. No matter the problem it's always fixed quickly, huge selection of phone cases for any phone and screen protectors are put on in store too. Only phone shop I'll use!

Went in to swap a phone i upgraded that i didn’t end up liking - and it was a very lengthy and confusing process but Adam was incredibly patient and helpful with my request and i couldn’t thank him enough. He’s an amazing member of the team, and his maths skills was something to remember . Thanks adam & vodafone!
