Highly recommend Darren at Bejouled. I was in the market for an engagement ring and had looked at a few places but nothing stood out to me. A very quick conversation with Darren really helped me understand what I wanted and how to go about it. A really personal service from beginning to end (including advice on insurance) where any text or email with questions was replied to very quickly. Darren really took the time to make sure everything I (and my partner) wanted was done to an exceptionally high standard. There is no doubt where the wedding bands will be coming from when the time comes and I will look forward to further dealings with Darren.

Darren somehow managed to see the ring I wanted to design before I did! I had my grandmother's and great aunt's rings and I wanted to use the stones and gold from them to make my engagement ring. The brief of 'not symmetrical, a bit different but not too wacky' was given. After an initial design concept which was so close to what I was looking for (without being able to describe it as it was all in my head) Darren had the patience of a saint to move stones millimetres this way and that. The results are beyond anything I dreamed off. I unreservedly recommend Darren and will not hesitate to use him in the future. If I could give him ten stars out of 5 I would!

Me and my Fiancé purchased our wedding rings from Rox. It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. All staff were extremely welcoming especially, Hannah who greeted us when we came in to collect our rings, then made sure they fitted perfectly, she was so helpful and we would like to say an extra Thank You to her!
