A huge pet store with wide variety of pet supplies , pet food and pet accessories etc, i think they also offer Dog grooming services, vet consultation and pet insurance. Over all its a one stop for all your pet supplies, in general prices are Ok, not the cheapest but you can get some really good deals from time to time and most importantly the Staff are friendly and knowledgeable .

The staff here are always welcome, helpful and just amazing in general. They are always available for advice. I love shopping here for my cats.

Good selection of dietary foods. Cat toys full of catnip. Not the cheapest but my cat loves their toys.

Good selection healthy chews such as buffalo ears, trachea and tendons, and friendly helpful staff, it's good place to socialise my dog to humans as he can be nervous, the smells and shoplifting a dog biscuit make it a pleasurable shop for him, and the staff are excellent and understanding, and don't overwhelm him.

Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Huge variety of pet foods, treats and accessories. Live pets for sale which I'm not a fan of but they are well housed and looked after. Pet groomer by appointment.

The staf are amazing and super friendly! Nothing is too much trouble and their product knowledge is great. I love getting my dogs food and treats there. Can't recommend Creature Comforts more.

We've purchased our hamster here back in november. we couldn't be more happy, he's so smart, sweet and beautiful. We had hamster in the past purchased in pets at home but she was very stressed and not healthy. You can clearly see that animals in this shop are treated so good and the breeders they get their animals in are very responsible breeders. I would definetly shop here again and reccomend it!

The whole experience from browsing, ordering and taking home our animals was incredible. The kindness shown by all 3 members of staff we dealt with was a true delight and the knowledge given was unmatched. Karen, Sharon and Brooke kept everything simple yet still explained everything in detail to ensure the animals were cared for.

Great shop been coming here for years! Great choice of products and the best animals! We've bought our veiled chameleon, leopard gecko and our kakariki bird from here! The knowledge of the team is spot on and it's always the warmest welcome! Would 100% recommend to anyone!
