Today I was in the schuh argyle street branch I spoke to lovely girl Kiana was her name I think I needed new shoes for work she was extremely helpful and professional lovely girl who also advised if I bought a second pair I would get £10 off so I loved a few pairs so I did that Kiana or Kitana was extremely helpful, very ,nice friendly, happy looking, pleasant and very welcoming she went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect pairs of shoes as 1 of my ankles is a wee bit swollen due to a break previously also i am just back from my holiday so the flight cab do that cause swelling, anyway Kiana then helped me dighn up for a loyalty card so I will deffinately be back to buy boots next. Thank you so much Kiana or kiyana sorry but thank you. See you again .love my new work shoes so confertable.

Me and my mum came into the Argyle store on Saturday afternoon and was helped/served by a lovely girl called Islay - she was very pleasant and polite and gave great recommendations when looking for new shoes.

Was helped by too lovely assistants who had brilliant customer service and organised free home delivery for me which was so convenient as I m in greenock

Staff incredibly helpful. My partner was trying to find wedding shoes. He needs a very wide fit and has been having trouble finding a good pair of shoes to fit. Gary was incredibly patient and helpful and brought out every size asked for. We have been trying for a year to find shoes and we found them here.

Outstanding service from Mark today in helping me to work out my size, he went above and beyond to find the right products!. I highly recommend this store not only for their helpfulness but especially as they sell footwear that lasts!.

Very attentive and explained they could order the boots my daughter liked on line and have them sent to a local store. Spoke directly to my 9 year old about what she wanted rather than to me which was great for my wee girl who loved the experience.

My daughter was looking for a particular model of shoe in the Buchanan Street branch today. Shop assistant, Corinne, proved to be most helpful and knowledgeable about what Erin was looking for. Meanwhile, my wife Dianne saw a pair of sandals for holiday. Once again, Corinne was brilliant. Two cracking pair of shoes and a great hint for one of this year's Christmas present. Corinne is a credit to your store. Bravo!

Popped in on wednesday to try find my sizing before i ordered online for a present and Caitlin was super super helpful! she got me 4 pairs to try on and answered all my questions! she didn’t make me feel like i was being a bother or anything like that, even though i wasn’t buying them that day. such a lovely person, i would definitely come back.

Bought a pair of boots today. Was looked after so well by corine. Nothing was a hassle & she found me boots that actually fit me. Great experience & lovely pleasant staff.
