Absolutely cannot speak highly enough about this company. We moved into our new build and had paid a certain company a lot of money to fit our blinds for our moving in date; however the company stopped all contact, ignored numerous messages/phone calls and also had my cash. So after finally receiving my money back we decided to contact The Blind Guy and Shutters, we explained the situation to the gentleman who came out to measure and he explained how he would try and get our blinds asap. Following day I received a message with a date to confirm installation for our shutters and a time for 2 weeks later! (I spoke with Jackie and Helen via instagram messages and I got a response almost right away, which is super helpful)! The approx date was supposed to be 3 weeks so they really did do us a huge favour! Our shutters were fitted by a gentleman called David, and we couldn’t be happier! The finish is absolutely flawless and the shutters are off highest quality. I couldn’t fault anything from start to finish and I would highly, highly recommend this company if you’re looking for amazing blinds! Thanks again x.

My experience with the Blind Guy has been excellent. I had an initial visit from a fitter who came to measure up, then I went in to the showroom at the Shawlands Arcade when I wanted to change my material. Both were very helpful, and I was happy to place my order. Fitter came back out and fitted my blinds and did a quick and efficient job. My new Roman Blinds look great. Would recommend.

Really delighted with the blinds which were installed in the main room and bedroom. Arrived promptly and installed quickly.

First class service from Jason who came out quickly to measure and price, returning 2.5 weeks later to fit. Kept updated throughout process and very satisfied with my new blinds.

I was completely blown away from start to finish with the 5* customer experience I received from RM Blinds - from the initial measuring of windows to the amazingly patient young lady at the showroom who I have to say a HUGE thank you to for guiding me through the endless options to the very efficient fitting and all this completed unexpectedly before Christmas. We are absolutely delighted with the end product and the blinds have far exceeded our expectations so a HUGE thank you I did have one minor issue with 1 of the blinds however 1 email later the new blind was re-ordered and fitted within the week. Do yourself a favour don’t look anywhere else for your blinds and don’t even attempt ordering from an online outlet as no-one could beat the price I paid not the customer experience I received.

My experience of using rm blinds was excellent from start to finish. I received a first class service especially from Karen who went out of her way to come to my home to colour match samples against my decor. In addition to this she then sourced fabric out with her own stock to match my requirements. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was very happy with the end result.

Recently had Rm Blinds out to install new Blackout roller blinds at our static caravan , from initial consultation to fitting Rm Blinds have been absolutely fantastic , we will be recommending them to everyone and are even going to get a further quote for our house . thanks again.
