The Royal Pavilion is an elegant palace with an amazing history in the middle of Brighton. This place designed for King George IV as a seaside pleasure palace, this historic house combines Regency grandeur with India and China's visual style. It also serves as a public building, a hospital of the First World War, and became a real Brighton landmark. It has a fabulous balcony overlooks the Pavilion gardens, returned to their original Regency splendour. Audio guides are available in a variety of languages, costing £2.
