It was my first time at The Point. Maddie made me very welcome. She listened carefully to what I wanted and made good suggestions. While cutting my hair she was respectful of the fact that I needed to do some work, but was also kind enough to chat when I was between work items. I am very happy with my hair I look forward to next time.

A lovely relaxed and friendly Salon where I instantly felt at ease. Had my first cut with Ian and was a tad apprehensive as I was wanting a lot of length chopped off but he put me at ease straight away with his understanding of hair, texture ect, obvious he knows his craft and I felt listened to. I am very happy with my finished hair cut as its exactly what I had envisioned, its the best cut I've had in a long long time. Highly recommend.

I had my hair cut by Sam today and it was perfect! Just a trim but my hair looks healthier and happier and it was a very relaxing experience. A lovely friendly salon, I would definitely recommend it.

This was my first time at The Point. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and important. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. Holly cut my hair. Amongst these lovely 5 star reviews, which i was here to add to, I couldn’t believe the negative recent review ! My experience in Simon Webster Hair has always left me feeling so amazing. Angie is my hairdresser and she is so chatty and friendly along with the other staff there. If there’s ever an issue I find with my own hair, she’s so quick to fix it and fill me with confidence. Even months after my appointments, I’m still receiving compliments on my hair. I would recommend SWH any day of the week. Go team.

Lewis was amazing today. I’ve wanted a new hairstyle for ages and he listened patiently and asked loads of questions to really find out what I thought and how I usually style my hair etc. He then made suggestions and took time to show me examples of what he thought would be good for me/my hair. I couldn’t be happier with my new cut! It’s sharp, cute and thanks to the way Lewis cut it, will be really easy to style and maintain myself. So everything you could want from a trip to the hairdresser. Plus, Lewis is a fabulous personality. Really open, easy and fun to talk to, instantly putting you at ease. I couldn’t recommend Lewis more!

I’ve never felt more comfortable, happy or confident at the hairdressers! SW is such a friendly, warm environment and it’s honestly a joy to spend time in the salon. Carley is incredible at what she does, and I always leave feeling amazing, all thanks to her bubbly, kind and thoughtful approach. I used to get anxious going to the hairdressers, but I never have that anymore! Annie is so welcoming and lovely to chat to, and gave me a fab blowdry (as pictured!). Thank you SW for always providing an amazing service.

The service Mikey gave me was very professional, he filled me with confidence in my consultation and I was extremely please with the end results. Such a fun and friendly atmosphere, a real pleasure, thank you.

Mikey understood very well what I needed and suggested a cut and method suitable for the natural structure of my hair, and he was also very sympathetic. I was very pleased with the process and the result, thank you very much.

Alice was Kind, helpful, knowledgeable resulting in a great haircut. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended.
